Cost
estimates for the Demonstration Phase and for the Deployment Phase
are about $100k each and are derived from NCAR internal competitive
funding opportunities. Personnel resources are from base funding
but are of comparable magnitude.
Demonstration is scheduled either for May or July of 2004.
Deployment is to be before the end of FY 2005, and possibly as early as
the end of CY2004.
